An Assistant Mechanic of CASL, Kayden CHAN, was awarded as one of the Most Improved Trainees in 2016 Labour Department Youth Employment and Training Programme (YETP), for his creditable improvements in personal development and work performance.

With affinity for aviation, Kayden joined CASL as an Assistant Mechanic in February 2016. By working hard in Line Maintenance Department, he learns knowledge of aviation industry and sharpens skills of aircraft maintenance, which would help him to make his aviation dream come ture.
