To catch business opportunities brought by development plans on Lantau Island and Three Runway System, CASL joined the “Aero-Bridgehead Economy Employers Network” with other 30 companies and organisations from the area. The Network aims to strengthen development of Hong Kong's aviation, logistics, exhibition and tourism industries.

Over 300,000 job opportunities will be created by the Aero-Bridgehead Economy Zone in the next 10 years, including numerous jobs from the aviation and MRO industries. CASL strives to nurture talents for the sustainable development for both CASL and the whole industry, by providing on-the-job training for staff and recruiting Engineering Trainees.

Four Engineer Trainees helped at the CASL’s booth to introduce CASL and career development information to the participants. Their first-hand experience attracted young participants to have further communication. Dr Angus Cheung encouraged the young people to pursue their dreams.
