Main Duties

• • Manage EO, LO, RO according to operation procedures and customers' (Airbus) requirements with different systems
• Handle phone calls and email inquiries of customer(s) promptly and professionally
• Manage AOG / CRI orders from customers in proper procedures
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports, memos and other documents

Qualifications and Requirements

• • Higher Diploma graduates in Aviation and Logistics
• Good communication, detail-oriented, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in computer applications
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• VPAS graduates are also welcome
• Shift work is required
