Human Resources Officer
Main Duties

- Oversee and verify staff attendance and leave records to streamline payroll processing

- Execute payroll, taxation, and MPF remittance statements for current employees, new hires, and leavers, ensuring precision and punctuality
-

- Manage work injury claims and coordinate the associated processes
-
- Oversee probationary periods, contract renewals, and termination procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies
- Coordinate the enrollment, renewal, and proposals for Medical, Life, and EC insurance
- Conduct annual performance evaluations, including salary assessments and bonus distributions
Qualifications and Requirements

- Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in aviation or engineering, with exposure to compensation and benefits

- Experience in payroll systems and HRIS
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other related regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
