Nine CASL staff members received the “Cross-Company Excellence Awards”

Nine of our cabin service staff received the “Cross-Company Excellence Awards” for successfully retrieving a backpack with four passports and a large amount of cash for a group of 14 passengers on April 2, 2018 on a Cathay Dragon flight. The passengers were highly impressed and a compliment letter was given by them for our good services.

The HKIA Customer Service Excellence Programme (CSEP) 2019 Award Presentation was successfully held on 21 June 2019. The CSEP Awards were launched in 2002 to recognise outstanding individuals, teams and companies for service excellence, and to encourage the airport community to continuously pursue exceptional customer service.
