Technical Officer (Facilities Maintenance & Development)

Main Duties

      • Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation
  • Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme
  • Supervise technicians to carry out daily maintenance work
  • Monitor external contractor to conduct works in proper manner
  • Perform Test & Commissioning, Works Completion Report and technical related documentation
  • Vet and Verify contractors’ submission of proposal and method statements
  • Prepare CAD drawings whenever necessary
  • Assist Facility Manager in carrying out building-related improvement work and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

      • Higher / Diploma in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management and maintenance experience, preferably in consultant firm or property management company
  • Registered Electrical Worker (REW) at Grade A will be an advantage
  • Passed Quality Framework QF 4 of Technical Officer/ Maintenance Officer is an advantage
  • Knowledge of PC applications, including MS Excel, Word and preferable in AutoCAD
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
    • Immediately available is perferred
