Human Resources Specialist (Compensation and Benefit)

Main Duties

          • Monitor all compensation and benefit operations within the assigned business unit(s) includes but not limited to attendance and leave data, payroll and salary review
  • Assist HR Manager to formulate, review and implement the Company policy and ensure in compliance with legal requirements
  • Participate in annual salary benchmarking and make proposal for management review and planning
  • Participate in various annual exercises which includes but not limited to performance management, budget preparation and permit renewal, whenever applicable
    • Be responsible for the employees’ compensation handling and communication with related insurance companies, keep latest changes of related Ordinance
  • Prepare periodical analysis reports related compensation and benefits for management review and identify continued improvement actions
    • Partnering with business units and liaise with all levels of staff in handling of HR issues
  • Participate and provide support in Human Resources Information System project which includes but not limited to planning, requirement formulation, testing, training, implementation, and performance evaluation
  • Support company-wide activities which includes but not limited to Annual Dinner, Christmas party as well as Company visit
  • Proactively bring up suggestions for enhancement and continuous improvements

Qualifications and Requirements

      • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
      • At least 4 years’ relevant work experience gained from sizable MNC
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Proficient in MS office applications, especially MS Excel
  • Well organized, attention to details with solution-oriented mindset
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
