Main Duties

• Assist in month-end closing, including to review accounting records, analyzing schedules and to ensure the completeness & accuracy of the financial statements;
• Prepare reports with analysis to various stakeholders such as shareholders, business units, Airport Authority and so on;
• Assist in presentation materials for CFO for monthly management meeting;
• Assist in handling year-end audit including draft audited accounts, supporting schedules and tax return & computations;
• Communication with auditors and IRD for tax arrangement;
• Assist in internal control audit & reports;
• Preparation of the quarterly forecast and annual budget;
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of Accounting software (SUNsystem).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Member of ACCA / HKICPA / CPA Australia or equivalent recognized professional accounting qualification
• At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, preferably in an MRO business or related industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in supervising and coaching junior team members
• Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese, good command in Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
