Main Duties

  • Assist superior in administration of stores activities including receiving, dispatching, issuing, inventory control, quarantine, customs clearance of spares and equipment.  Also, ensure the store operations including off site location running in a secure and environmentally controlled storage area per regulatory and company requirements
  • Monitor the performance of Line and Hangar Store Teams are in a high quality and services standard
  • Arrange and provide trainings and coaching for team members in order to enhance the work capabilities and boost the team work as well
  • Ensure the procedures of storage and material handlings are in compliance with all regulatory authority and company requirements 
  • Monitor accurate inventory records for both company and customers
  • Provide and allocate proper, safe and secure storage of customers properties and arrange the issuance of customers’ spares upon requested by operation departments and customers 

Qualifications and Requirements

          • F.5 / HKDSE / Certificate or above in Purchasing Management / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistic management / supply chain management, preferable in aviation industry
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Possess valid Hong Kong Driving License Classes 1 and 2
  • Require shift duties in roster basis
