Technical Assistant (Facility Management)

Main Duties

      • To assist the Technical Officer in supervising the routine maintenance progress & reporting the ad-hoc repair works request situation
  • Prepare Works orders in the FM System and monitor the progress
  • Update all maintenance and repair work information in the FM system 
  • To supervise contractors to ensure the quality level up to standard workmanship and safety performance meets the department’s standards 
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Technical Officer/Facility Manager

Qualifications and Requirements

      • Holder of Higher Diploma / Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Building Studies/Civil Engineering/Building Surveying, etc.
  • Good skill in the application of Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Possess a Grade A Registered Electrical Worker license is an advantage
  • Discipline-minded, Independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • With problem problem-solving mindset and a sense of responsibility
