Technical Assistant (Facility Management)
Main Duties
-

- To assist the Technical Officer in supervising the routine maintenance progress & reporting the ad-hoc repair works request situation
-
- Prepare Works orders in the FM System and monitor the progress
- Update all maintenance and repair work information in the FM system
- To supervise contractors to ensure the quality level up to standard workmanship and safety performance meets the department’s standards
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Technical Officer/Facility Manager
Qualifications and Requirements

- Holder of Higher Diploma / Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Building Studies/Civil Engineering/Building Surveying, etc.

- Good skill in the application of Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD is an advantage
- Possess a Grade A Registered Electrical Worker license is an advantage
- Discipline-minded, Independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- With problem problem-solving mindset and a sense of responsibility
