            another unsung hero that keeps improving and grows
            with the Company.

            It is impossible to complete all CS services by Shing and
            Ching only. All other colleagues in CS are definitely un-
            sung heroes behind the aircraft!

            鄭文貞人稱貞姐,是機艙服務部的營運支援-物流小
            組。 從 1998 年公司正式運作開始,貞姐已經在中飛
            公司工作,與公司一起成長。貞姐由督導員做起,但
            其後由於身體原因,不能繼續之前的工作。公司得悉
            後,提議她轉作文職營運助理,而因為貞姐機艙清潔
            工作經驗豐富,所以亦讓她協助訓練新人。貞姐十分
