Training and Development Administration Officer

Main Duties

    • Provide administration support to the Department which includes but not limited to handling internal / external correspondences and enquiries, managing training room booking and facilities, training schedule preparation as well as updating training records, materials and systems accordingly
  • Identify training needs analysis and consolidate the training evaluations
  • Monitor the training progress, calendars and arrange training classes with internal Departments periodically
  • Assist to develop and to source soft skills / supervisory training programs so as to address the Company training needs
  • Source and liaise with external training parties for full cycle of training arrangement from enrolment to payment
  • Ensure the qualifications / training schedules are in compliance with the requirements of the Company and all regulatory authorities

Qualifications and Requirements

    • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of solid training administration coordination experience, exposure in aviation industry is an advantage
    • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Well-organized and detail-minded
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat and Chinese word processing
