Contract and Customer Support Administrator

Main Duties

      • Be responsible for contract execution and invoicing for company customers.
  • Monitor contract deadlines and conditions to ensure timelines are kept and all relevant payments have been met.
  • Organize and store information of contracts in paper and digital form and ensure that all records of contract are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate proficiently among internal departments especially between finance and commercial and customer support for any related issues and establish effective connections among customers and our internal operation departments.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings for customers.
  • Assist in organizing marketing activities including but not limited to conference, annual party, visits to customers, air shows both in local or overseas.
  • Assist in uploading the latest marketing material in company social media platforms including company webpage, LinkedIn.
  • Assist in preparing and sourcing material for marketing and brand name promotion.
  • Skillfully handle inquiries and disputes in a professional manner within a set timeframe.

Qualifications and Requirements

      • Bachelor degree preferably Business Administration / Marketing
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Detail-oriented, good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese
  • Experience in finance / invoicing is desired
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and Power Point
