Accounting Assistant

Main Duties

      • Provide accounting and administrative support to the department
      • Input invoices, payments and receipt vouchers into General Ledger System
    • Prepare monthly billing for airlines customers, statement of accounts and follow up collections of receivable
  • Check and validate payments, prepare vouchers, issue cheque / TT application for various types of payments
  • Prepare revenue, expenses schedule and for analysis and management information
  • Assist in salaries tax return preparation including form IR56B & 56F and other related submission to IRD

Qualifications and Requirements

    • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting
  • 1 - 2 years of accounting experience
  • Excellent in PC application, especially Excel and Word
  • Familiar with Sun Accounting Systems is an advantage
  • Mature, responsible, careful, initiative and be able to work independently and on-time completion of jobs
