Accounting Assistant

Main Duties

      • Provide accounting and administrative support to the department
      • Input invoices, payments and receipt vouchers into General Ledger System
    • Check and validate payments, prepare vouchers, issue cheque / online banking for various types of payments
  • Prepare revenue, expenses schedule and for analysis and management information
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements

    • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting
  • 0 - 2 years relevant working experience
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed
  • Proficiency in MS Excel will be advantageous
  • Familiar with Sun Accounting Systems is an advantage
  • Responsible, careful, initiative and be able to work independently and on-time completion of jobs
