Human Resources Officer (Manpower Planning)

Main Duties

        • Assist end-to-end Human Resources processes to meet the diverse business needs in a dynamic operating environment
  • Participate in effective manpower planning, resourcing, C&B strategies, retention and succession planning
      • Advise and assist business units on people management issues to support business operations and cultivate cooperative environment
  • Compile various HR related reports and data analysis for management review and identify improvement actions

Qualifications and Requirements

    • Higher Diploma in Human Resources and Talent Analytics or Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resources Analytics and Organisation Change Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words)
    • Familiar with data analysis tools and software
  • Good command of both written and spoken of English & Chinese
    • Preference will be given to those with similar/relevant experience
