Human Resources Officer (Manpower Planning)
Main Duties

- Assist end-to-end Human Resources processes to meet the diverse business needs in a dynamic operating environment

- Participate in effective manpower planning, resourcing, C&B strategies, retention and succession planning

- Advise and assist business units on people management issues to support business operations and cultivate cooperative environment

- Compile various HR related reports and data analysis for management review and identify improvement actions
Qualifications and Requirements

- Higher Diploma in Human Resources and Talent Analytics or Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resources Analytics and Organisation Change Management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words)

- Familiar with data analysis tools and software
- Good command of both written and spoken of English & Chinese

- Preference will be given to those with similar/relevant experience
