Assistant Administration Officer

Main Duties

    • Provide administration and clerical support to the Department which includes but not limited to staff issue, attendance record, stationery ordering, data input related administration and logistic coordination so as to ensure the effectiveness of daily operation
  • Maintain and update operation procedure manuals for different customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and attending operation meeting with customers
  • Handle billing of airlines / customers and keep a systematic and updated record
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve effective operational work flow and work interface
  • Act as a backup while other administrative staff are on leave

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 1 year of relevant administration experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Well-organised and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
