Administration Officer

Main Duties

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Line Maintenance Manager and departmental tasks/projects which includes but not limited to preparing the attendance and performance analysis and report for management, support management in responding to customer and authority inquiry, preparing presentations and meeting minutes, and any other ad hoc projects assigned
  • Handle management’s calendar, including scheduling all appointments, meetings and events
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from internal and external contacts – responding politely, accurately and thoroughly
  • Co-ordinate with respective departments for material / purchase requisition and follow-up actions
  • Maintain and organize an up-to-date filing system
  • Act as a backup while other administrative staff are on leave

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant administration experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Well-organised and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
