Senior Human Resources Officer

Main Duties

        • Perform HR functions which includes but not limited to compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection and staff engagement so as to ensure smooth operation
  • Manage staff attendance and leave data in HRIS on regular basis to facilitate report generation for payroll processing
  • Participate in various annual exercises which includes but not limited to performance management, salary benchmarking and budget preparation
  • Answer staffs’ inquiries related to HR policies
  • Organize and support company-wide activities which includes but not limited to Annual Dinner, Christmas party as well as Company visit
  • Compile various HR related reports and data analysis for management review and identify improvement actions, if necessary
  • Proactively bring up suggestions for enhancement and continuous improvements in responsible section
  • Ensure all HR guidelines and policies are in compliance with legal requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

      • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
      • At least 5 years relevant work experience gained from sizable company and exposure in recruitment function are preferable
  • Experience in HRIS is of advantage
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Well organized, attention to details with solution-oriented mindset
  • Good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications and analysis tools
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
