Human Resources Manager

Main Duties

        • As a deputy for Senior Manager, Human Resources and lead a team to provide full range of professional and quality human resources services which includes but not limited to employment administration, succession planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff engagement, system administration and development
  • Formulate, review and implement strategic human resources plan, policies and budget to cope with the Company’s business development
  • Work closely with business units to monitor the recruitment process and to recruit talents with capabilities who are able to meet the manpower requirements
  • Participate in compensation and benefits exercises which includes but not limited to review staff related insurance policies such as Group Medical, Group Life Insurance and annual salary review so as to keep up with the market trend
  • Review and evaluate staffs’ compensation package periodically with recommendations from a cost conscious perspective so as to maintain market competitiveness
  • Develop, review and formulate human resources policies and practices for continuous improvement and streamlining the internal processes
  • Partner with business units in handling staff disputes and disciplinary  cases as well as follow up on staff coaching and corrective actions
  • Monitor the performance of HRIS, ensure the human resources data and reports are completed timely and in compliance with legislation requirements and established practice

Qualifications and Requirements

        • At least 10 years of working experience in all-rounded human resources functions gained in sizeable multinational organization in which 5 years in supervisory level
  • Exposure in aviation industry definitely is a merit
  • Experienced in managing full-set payroll is an advantage
  • Well versed with prevailing trends of HR systems and practices
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Good team player with tactful interpersonal skills
  • High integrity, well-organized, self-motivated and good at multitasking
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
  • Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Potential candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
