Human Resources Officer

Main Duties

        • Perform HR function with main focus on Human Resources Information System (“HRIS”) which includes but not limited to end-to-end planning, requirement formulation, design and development, testing, training, implementation, roll out and continuous improvement of different HRIS module
  • Be responsible for the employees’ compensation handling and communication with related insurance companies, assist the annual employee compensation renewal
  • Manage staff attendance and leave data in HRIS on regular basis to facilitate report generation for payroll processing
  • Answer staffs’ inquiries related to HR policies
  • Support company-wide activities which includes but not limited to Annual Dinner, Christmas party as well as Company visit
  • Prepare various HR related reports and data analysis for management review
  • Ensure all HR guidelines and policies are in compliance with legal requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

      • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
      • At least 4 years’ relevant work experience gained from sizable MNC
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Proficient in MS office applications, expecailly MS Excel
  • Well organized, attention to details with solution-oriented mindset
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
