Human Resources Officer

Main Duties

    • Perform HR functions with main focus in Compensation and Benefit (“C&B”) and recruitment which includes but not limited to facilitating monthly payroll related items calculation and analysis, proceeding staff movement control and record and taxation liaison with relevant Department(s), participating in C&B projects such as annual salary review and benchmarking, incentive schemes, medical plan renewal, annual audit and executing end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Manage staff attendance and leave data in HRIS on regular basis to facilitate report generation for payroll processing
  • Answer staffs’ inquiries related to HR policies
  • Support company-wide activities which includes but not limited to Annual Dinner, Christmas party as well as Company visit
  • Prepare various HR related reports and data analysis for management review
  • Ensure all HR guidelines and policies are in compliance with legal requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

    • At least 4 years’ relevant work experience gained from sizable MNC
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Well organized, attention to details with solution-oriented mindset
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Immediate available is preferred
