Human Resources Officer

Main Duties

      • Perform an all-round human resources functions which includes but not limited to compensation and benefits, employee relations and human resources information system
    • Be responsible for handling full cycle of employees’ compensation and related communication with insurance companies, and assisting the annual employee compensation renewal
  • Manage and validate staffs’ attendance and leave data to facilitate payroll processing
    • Assist in handling staffs’ enquiries and enhance a harmonious working relationships within the Company
  • Assist in preparing analytical reports on compensation and benefits function for senior management review
  • Keep abreast of update legal requirements and ensure the human resources guidelines and policies are complied with mandatory requirements
  • Organize staff activities including Staff Annual Dinner, Christmas Party and Company Visit etc.

Qualifications and Requirements

      • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
    • At least 3 years’ relevant work experience gained from sizable MNC
  • Exposure in HRIS is a definite advantage
    • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Well organized, attention to details with solution-oriented mindset
    • Good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
