Service Delivery Officer

Main Duties

                • Assist managers to enforce the in-house quality program and monitor the effectiveness of the program are in compliance with customers and services requirements
  • Regularly review and update the services standard manual that aligns with both customers and the Company requirements and procedures
  • Carry out regular audit and inspection on services provided and ensure the stable performance in quality standard
  • Pro-actively recommend areas for continuous improvement and co-work with supervisory and management team for enhancement
  • Prepare periodical reports and data analyst on quality and services for management review
  • Participate the investigation when dealing with complaints related to services of the team
  • Provide assistance in preparing material and conduct trainings for the frontlines about services and quality compliance

Qualifications and Requirements

              • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 3 year working experience, exposure in aviation industry is an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Well-organized and detail-minded
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving License classes 1 & 2 is an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
