Senior Technical Trainer                                        (STT/10/08/COW)

Responsibilities:

l         Develop, deliver and monitor training programs on aircraft maintenance, including classroom and practical training

l         Conduct training needs analysis and evaluation

l         Responsible for training documentation revision and updating

l         Assist in training administration and sourcing suitable aircraft maintenance training programs

Requirements:

l         Higher Diploma in Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education

l     Aircraft maintenance license holder preferred

l         Minimum 5 years hands on experience in delivering aircraft maintenance training

l         Fluency in written and oral English, and Putonghua

l         Excellent communication and presentation skills
